Hey everyone! Today, let’s take our last look at awards recognising our front-line achievers – the Part Time Star of the Shop, Full Time Star of the Shop and Rising Star.
Why are these awards important? Because everyone is important! It doesn’t matter how many hours you are in the shop, whoever serves a customer or rolls sushi helps create a customer experience.
We want everyone here to take pride in creating great experiences, so we recognise our front-line stars who go the extra mile.
If our area managers judge you’re a dedicated team member who delivers the friendliest service or creates the best food, you could win a Star award!
Finally, the Rising Star recognises new department managers who have improved the business and built their team.
We look to Rising Stars as the next generation of leaders. If you’re keen to lead a team to success, please get in touch!
