PROFIT SHARING IS NOT LUCK! Nov-Dec 2024 Profit Sharing Meetings

I hope you are all well and enjoying the summer!

Thank you so much to everyone for coming to the 2024 meetings.
Costa, Nick and I really enjoyed travelling around NZ to the five in-person meetings plus the online regional meeting. It was wonderful to meet you all again and celebrate your successes!

This is the 28th year of our Profit Sharing Programme. I am proud to say we have now have 850+ of our people with whom we share our profits, over 200 more than 2023! It’s wonderful to see a greater number of you join, and stay with St Pierre’s. You are AMAZING!

However, as I always remind you…

PROFIT SHARING IS NOT LUCK!

IT DEPENDS ON OUR PERFORMANCE!

Our Auckland meeting was packed with nearly 400 staff!

Most eligible staff came to the Hawkes Bay meeting. It’s great to feel their passion for the business first hand!

This year, through your great performance, we were able to allocate an average of 12.3% extra wages into the Programme! And you put your withdrawals to good use – often family and overseas travel, as well as new cars, phones, house renovations, and education.

We’re proud Profit Sharing makes a difference in our staff and family’s lives. It’s one way we

Having Profit Sharing meetings in November-December is a great tradition. While we encourage staff to keep their share invested and growing, we know it can help over the Christmas season, summer and Lunar New Year.

At the in-person meetings, we could see everyone was enjoying catching up with old friends – the atmosphere was fantastic! Our events (including conferences and awards parties) also build networks between shops. If the pressure is on, we want staff and managers to remember they’re part of a bigger family. Please know that help is always available if you need it! In other words,

Profit Sharing is part of our “Partnership Culture”, one of the many things that makes St Pierres unique! They are like the Annual General Meeting of a publicly-listed company, where we announce financial results and how much money is being paid out. But instead of shareholders, the attendees are our staff! YOU ARE OUR PARTNERS!

Sales at St Pierres keep growing despite these difficult times. This success is thanks to the talent, loyalty, hard work and positive attitude of all our team members, evidence of strong company culture. Put another way,

“OUR PEOPLE REALLY DO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE”

Above all, thank you for your effort and commitment, the key to the success of your shops and teams. Thank you to everyone who came to the meetings, and enjoy spending your Profit Sharing payments! They’re one way we show that

“EVERYONE IS IMPORTANT”

Warm regards,

Perry
