Welcome back! We felt the best way to wrap up our awards winner series was to look way back, at our outstanding managers from years past. We’ve been recognising our best department managers since 2006, and many are still with St. Pierre’s – who do you recognise? Enjoy the Hall of Fame honour roll!
We’re proud to be a people-first company. This includes providing great career pathways and highly-rewarding shop partnerships. But we go the extra mile to recognise our high-performing staff, including the shop managers who set the standard that everyone else aspires to. For 17 years (!), we’ve awarded cash and travel prizes to our most inspirational managers as our Managers of the Year.
The annual Hall of Fame prizes are for Sushi Manager of the Year (for our classic Sushi of Japan shops) and Specialty Manager of the Year (for Bento Bowl, K10 and seafood managers). And once in the Hall of Fame, no one ever leaves! Why? Because the great work these people have done echoes throughout the company, for years to come, through the people they led and inspired, and the staff they taught in turn.
