Hey everyone!
Here’s the final instalment in our profit sharing series, looking at Hamilton and Napier!
After a huge week in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch three meetings in three cities, next was the Hawkes Bay meeting on Monday 9 December. The venue again this year was Sri Thai restaurant and the East Pier Hotel in Napier, and the Bay team brought the energy!
Next was the Waikato/Bay of Plenty meeting, held on Thursday 12 December at a new venue for us, Zenders Ruakura. Located near our Ruakura shop, Zenders has a large courtyard area where directors, partners and staff enjoyed mingling over nibbles, perfect for a relaxed yet focused business meeting. Fittingly, 11 staff from Ruakura shop were eligible to attend for the first time, giving us the chance to thank the staff who have driven the success of this shop since it opened in June 2023.
The final part of the profit sharing season was the online meeting on Monday 16 December. While we value the personal contact from the in-person meetings, with shops all over NZ we just can’t get to quite everyone in person. Thanks to the regional shop managers who organised dinner events for their staff to attend on Zoom as a team!
And thanks again to everyone for making the profit sharing events so special – and for your efforts to make the company the success it is! Here’s to sharing profits with our staff for years to come!
