Dear St Pierres family,

I hope you are all well and enjoying the summer!

Following our recent Profit Sharing meetings, I wanted to share a recap and thank you for your incredible work. Costa, Nick and I really enjoyed the five in-person meetings plus the online regional meeting. It was wonderful to see you all again and celebrate your successes.

Profit sharing meetings are a great time to catch up

This is the 29th year of our Profit Sharing Programme. I am proud to say we share our profits with over 850 of our people – even more than in 2024. Let’s set our sights on reaching 1,000!

It’s wonderful to see so many people want to join and stay with St Pierres. You embody the partnership culture which makes St Pierres special.

The sense of being in this together is so strong, we can call ourselves the St Pierres Partnership – so let’s do that. When someone asks you where you work, please tell them

I’m proud to work at the St Pierres Partnership!

Sharing profits with our staff is a key part of the St Pierres partnership culture.

And don’t forget, as I always remind you: Profit sharing is not luck—it depends on our performance.

This year, through your great performance, we were able to allocate an average of 12.3% extra wages into the Programme! And you put your withdrawals to good use – family and overseas travel, as well as new cars, phones, house renovations, and education. We’re proud Profit Sharing makes a difference in our staff and family’s lives. It’s one way we embrace our value to

“CREATE OPPORTUNITIES FOR OTHERS TO ACHIEVE THEIR DREAMS”

Our Christchurch staff celebrating receiving their first certificates – well done!

Having Profit Sharing meetings is a great tradition. While we encourage staff to keep their share invested, it can help over the Christmas season, summer and Lunar New Year.

We organise in-person meetings for a reason. Apart from enjoying catching up with old friends, our events (including conferences and awards parties) build networks. We want everyone to remember they’re part of a bigger family. If the pressure is on, please reach out, because help is always available! In other words,

“WE ARE A PEOPLE-FIRST PARTNERSHIP”

Sales at St Pierres continue to grow despite these difficult times. This success is thanks to the talent, loyalty, hard work and positive attitude of all our team members. Thank you so much.

We back your efforts with ways to help you grow, such as the Partnership Academy, which trains the next generation of St Pierres leaders. But it’s ultimately about you, because,

“OUR PEOPLE REALLY DO MAKE THE DIFFERENCE”

Above all, thank you for your effort and commitment. What you do every day drives the success of your shops and the people in it. Thank you to everyone for coming, and enjoy your Profit Sharing payments! They’re one way we show that

“EVERYONE IS IMPORTANT”

Warm regards,

Perry
