Partnership Academy Christchurch and online meetings!

Welcome back! Dozens of Auckland staff wanted to hear about the Partnership Academy – but so were our people around NZ!

Lots of Christchurch staff were keen, so on Wednesday 13 March Perry, Yasuko and Louis visited the Garden City. Then on Thursday 21 March the team held an online meeting open to all staff – read on to find out more!

12 Christchurch staff came to the bright, welcoming Hornby Club conference rooms to embrace the challenge. The feature speakers were current partners Annie from Northlink and Yoshi from Ashburton, two very successful shops. Partners are leaders in the company, who shop managers often turn to for individual advice. Today, Annie and Yoshi had to present their advice and experience to many managers, with head office staff listening carefully. Some might feel the pressure – but of course they did great!

The attendees peppered the speakers with questions about the learning curve, financial commitments, risks and rewards. Clearly they are keen to learn how they too could become a successful shop partner!

Finally was the online meeting. Around 30 staff joined from all over NZ to hear Lei Shi from Ulster Street (Hamilton) and Hiromi from Hastings. The questions came quick and fast, showing how keen our staff are to engage in the Academy and our other advancement programmes such as the 7 Steps to Partnership. A passion for success shared by everyone is part of the St. Pierre’s culture, and we are proud that the next generation are just as committed!

Although this was the last launch meeting, the Partnership Academy is just getting started! Don’t worry, it’s not too late to register your interest. If you are interested in the partnership opportunity, please contact your payroll admin or area manager. We’d love to hear from you!
