Wednesday 6 March as a special day – the launch of the St. Pierre’s Partnership Academy! It’s a programme to help talented people grow – supporting aspiring partners to reach their goal!
St. Pierre’s is a people-first partnership which aims to create opportunities for others to achieve their dreams. How? One way is the 7 Steps to Partnership Programme. Our Shop Partners are managers who make a small financial commitment to the long-term success of their shop. The company recognises that commitment – and each partner’s daily dedication – with more freedom in operations and a greater share of the shop’s profits.
The opportunity to build their dream lifestyle for their family is attracting more staff to the Programme. We offer many benefits, such as profit sharing, sales bonuses, conferences and awards parties. But we believe the Partnership Programme is unique to St. Pierre’s, and offers the greatest platform for talented people to shine.
But how to become a partner? The Partnership Academy. We provide personalised training and support for motivated staff to gain the knowledge and experience to move ‘from rice cooker to partner.’ We arrange mentoring from experienced partners, create career path maps – and more!
Did you know that anyone – at any level, even new shop crew – can join the Programme? The first step is for interested staff to understand the Programme, address any concerns and recognise its benefits. This way, they can be sure it is right for them and their family. And we believe providing full information before asking for commitment makes a successful partnership relationship more likely. Above all, we want to know who is up for the challenge!
