NEW RECORD IN PROFIT SHARING

I would like to thank you all for attending this years Profit sharing meetings which were held in Auckland Wellington and Christchurch last month.

It was amazing to see over 150 people join us in Auckland for this years meeting, which is a new record. The meeting  was held at the Crowne Plaza. We had over 30 people in Wellington and Christchurch, and all meetings were preceded by  a tasty Dinner which we all enjoyed.

In total we now have over 230 People in our profitsharing plan!

This year we saw a NEW RECORD PROFITSHARING, which was the highest in 17 years we have been operating our plan.

CONGRATULATIONS TO YOU ALL AS THE RESULT COMES FROM ALL YOUR HARD WORK AND EFFORTS IN KEEPING OUR CUSTOMERS COMING BACK “Profitsharing is the “Glue” which keeps us together and one way the Company reward our people  for their hard work.

Profitsharing is one part of our Partnership plan which enables us to share the success of the Company with you. Other ways we share our success is through our Bonus Plans , our staff discounts, and our discount lunch policy.

GREAT OPPORTUNITIES AHEAD

A theme running through this years meeting was that there are many opportunities ahead of us.

Whether you want to develop as an Assistant Manager, to A store Manager, Area Manager, or even  “STORE PARTNER” is up to you.

If you work hard, set your own goals there are great opportunities ahead for you.

“LETS KEEP FRESH”

However in order to recognize our opportunities we must always keep “Fresh”

Just as we use only the best and fresh and quality ingredients in making our Sushi and Hot food, as well as our seafood, we must stay fresh and keep ourselves always improving. We msut “STAY FRESH” in body and mind to recognize and seize the opportunities ahead”
