Hi again! Today we’re back at K10, talking to head chef Yoshi.
After waiting for so long, Yoshi said he is just really glad to be back in the kitchen, busy sharpening his knives and skills! You can tell he really loves his work from the care and passion he puts into each plate.
Yoshi didn’t have time for an on-camera interview, so we spied on him making classic tuna and salmon nigiri for takeaway. Watch for the delicate flicks of the knife and the quick twists of the hands when gently pressing the fish onto the rice. It’s sushi as performance art!
